You live and reside in the state of Nebraska and you want to get married there as well. Well it is your marriage licence. So below I have outlined the latest laws and restrictions for applying and obtaining a marriage license in the state of Nebraska.

You should have government issued picture identification such as driver license, state identification card, pass port etc. You do not have to reside in the state of Nebraska to apply and obtain a marriage licence.

If you are divorced or widowed you must provide the divorce decree or death certificate. The couple must appear together while applying for marriage license. Their are no waiting period for obtaining the marriage license. The fees for the marriage licence is $15.00 cash. Their are no blood tests required in the state of Nebraska. 

Oklahoma Marriage License Requirements

Well if not, I have outlined the latest laws and regulations for applying and obtaining a marriage licence in the state of Oklahoma. You do not have to reside in the state of Oklahoma to apply and obtain a marriage license. The couple have to apply for the marriage license together. The marriage licence fees are $25.00 to be paid by cash or money order. Also if you are a minor you must wait three days to obtain your marriage license. Ordained or licensed ministers that are at least 18 years of age may perform marriages. No common law marriages are valid. There are no cousin marriages. The marriage licence is valid for 30 days and must be used in the state of Oklahoma only.

California Marriage License Requirements

So obviously you will need a marriage licence. Both the bride and groom will need to be present when applying for marriage license. You do not have to reside in the state of California to receive a marriage license.
The fees for the marriage licence is $40.00 and most counties will only take cash. There are no proxy marriages. California does allow cousin marriages. There are no common law marriages. Ministers must complete the marriage license and return it to the county clerk within 4 days after the marriage. You can opt to receive a Certificate of Confidential Marriage. You should call your county or city clerk for more information. These are the current laws and regulations to receive a marriage licence in the state of California.
